<p dir="auto">我一般是淬完火看硬度再定回火。Q235之类不沾边，就说H13，淬火后硬度大概在54-56HRC，这时候我习惯用550度左右回火两次，每次保温两个小时，中间完全冷却到室温再第二次。这样出来硬度大概在48-50HRC，韧性也够用。</p>
<p dir="auto">如果模具主要考虑耐磨、红硬性要求高一点，比如压铸模芯，我会把回火温度提到570-580，硬度能到50-52，但韧性会降一点，压铸件容易出龟裂的话就要注意。</p>
<p dir="auto">最怕的是图省事只回火一次，H13这种二次硬化钢少一次回火，残留奥氏体转不充分，模具上机后很容易早期点蚀或者崩角。我们厂之前出过一次问题，就是回火次数不够，后来都改成两次回火，情况好很多。</p>
<p dir="auto">还有一点，回火出炉别急着冷淬，自然冷却或者风冷都行，直接下水容易应力过大。</p>
