<p dir="auto">嵌件注塑（Insert Molding）是将金属或其他材料的嵌件预先放入模具型腔，注塑后与塑料结合为一体。</p>

<p dir="auto">嵌件准备→嵌件定位（人工或机械手）→合模注塑→取件（嵌件与塑料一体化）</p>

<li><strong>定位柱</strong>：嵌件套在定位柱上（螺母类最佳）</li>
<li><strong>磁力固定</strong>：铁磁材料嵌件用磁铁定位</li>
<li><strong>弹簧卡位</strong>：弹簧牢固保持嵌件</li>
<li><strong>真空吸附</strong>：薄片类嵌件使用</li>
