<p dir="auto">浇口套，也叫主流道衬套，是安装在定模座板上，形成主流道的衬套零件。</p>
<h2>作用</h2>

<li>形成主流道，熔体从喷嘴经过主流道进入分流道</li>
<li>内壁光滑，减少熔体流动阻力</li>
<li>承受喷嘴反复接触压力，需要耐磨</li>
</ol>
<h2>结构特点</h2>

<li>浇口套内孔呈圆锥形，从小端进大端出，方便凝料脱出</li>
<li>小端孔径比喷嘴孔径大 0.5-1 mm，方便对中</li>
<li>球面凹坑与喷嘴球面贴合，防止溢料</li>
<li>一般整体淬火HRC 50-55，保证硬度耐磨</li>
