<p dir="auto"><strong>一、顶针布局基本原则</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>顶针应布置在阻力最大处：包紧力大的区域必须安排顶针</li>
<li>顶针尽量对称布置：确保产品在顶出过程中受力均匀</li>
<li>顶针尽量靠近侧壁：距离产品侧壁3-5mm</li>
<li>顶针避开浇口区域：浇口附近是应力集中区</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto"><strong>二、顶针直径选择</strong><br />
产品壁厚0.5-1.0mm推荐2-3mm顶针<br />
产品壁厚1.0-2.0mm推荐3-5mm顶针<br />
产品壁厚2.0-3.0mm推荐5-8mm顶针<br />
产品壁厚3.0mm以上推荐8-12mm顶针</p>
<p dir="auto"><strong>三、顶针配合间隙</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>顶针与顶针板配合：H7/g6过渡配合</li>
<li>顶针与顶针孔配合：H7/f7间隙配合，单边间隙0.01-0.02mm</li>
<li>排气要求：顶针单边间隙可控制在0.02-0.03mm</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto"><strong>四、扁顶针的选用</strong><br />
当产品有深筋位且圆形顶针无法布置时，应使用扁顶针：</p>
<ul>
<li>扁顶针宽度：根据筋位宽度确定，单边留0.3-0.5mm</li>
<li>扁顶针厚度：1-3mm，长宽比建议不超过8:1</li>
<li>扁顶针材质：SKH51（高速钢），热处理HRC58-60</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto"><strong>五、顶出平衡检查</strong><br />
在UG/Moldflow中模拟顶出过程，检查所有顶针的顶出力是否均衡，产品在顶出过程中的应力分布。</p>
<p dir="auto">顶针系统的设计直接影响注塑生产良率。多花时间在顶针布局上，远比后期改模省时省力。</p>
