<p dir="auto">当产品有<strong>侧孔、侧凹或侧螺纹</strong>时，直开模方向无法脱模，需要<strong>侧向抽芯机构</strong>。滑块（Slide）是最常用的形式。</p>
<h3>工作原理</h3>
<p dir="auto"><strong>斜导柱</strong>带动滑块沿<strong>导向压条</strong>滑动。开模时动模后退，斜导柱拨动滑块向外侧移动，使型芯退出侧孔区域，然后顶出系统推出产品。</p>

<li><strong>滑块锁紧角度</strong>：斜导柱角+2°~3°（确保合模锁紧）</li>
