<p dir="auto">注塑时型腔内空气和塑料分解产生的气体必须及时排出，否则造成<strong>烧焦、气泡、短射</strong>等缺陷。</p>
<h3>排气的必要性</h3>
<p dir="auto">熔融塑料注入型腔时，空气被压缩产生高温（可达200~300℃），导致塑料分解、产生焦斑或填充不完整。</p>
<h3>排气方式</h3>
<ol>
<li><strong>分型面排气</strong>：在分型面开设排气槽（最常用）</li>
<li><strong>顶针排气</strong>：利用顶针间隙排气</li>
<li><strong>镶件排气</strong>：在镶件配合处设计排气</li>
<li><strong>透气钢排气</strong>：使用多孔透气钢材料</li>
<li><strong>抽真空</strong>：精密注塑高端配置</li>
