<p dir="auto">【配合间隙】中小型模具：单边间隙0.02-0.04mm。大型模具：0.03-0.06mm。精密注塑模具：0.01-0.02mm。</p>
<p dir="auto">【材料】导柱用GCr15轴承钢（硬度HRC58-62）。导套用GCr15或20CrMnTi。</p>
<p dir="auto">【润滑】导柱导套需设计油槽，每次合模自动润滑。润滑不良会导致导柱拉毛。</p>
<p dir="auto">【标准件品牌】龙记（LKM）、富得巴（FUTABA）是国内最常用的。外资项目常用DME标准。</p>
