<p dir="auto">分享一下我现在的标配：</p>
<ul>
<li>步距0.2-0.3mm（看材料）</li>
<li>切深0.5-1mm开粗</li>
<li>转角减速设到30%以下</li>
<li>连接用"沿部件斜进刀"代替"直接进刀"</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">最重要的是"在边上延伸"这个选项，开了能减少台阶纹。我有次给滑块精加工，开了延伸表面光洁度直接提升一级。</p>
<p dir="auto">等高加工不要舍不得用圆弧切入切出，刀尖寿命能延长30%以上。</p>
