<p dir="auto">客户模具已开一半，改不了进胶位置。试了很多方案，最后发现问题是浇口形状。</p>
<p dir="auto">把2.0mm矩形浇口改成1.5mm×6mm扇形浇口，熔接痕后移且强度提升。</p>
<p dir="auto">扇形浇口能更好控制熔体前沿，两股料流汇合温度差小，熔接强度自然上去。</p>
<p dir="auto">Moldflow有时候不是参数设得多复杂，小细节决定成败。</p>
