<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[模具试模缩水率到底取多少？说说我的经验——模具行业从业者必备知识手册]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">做了七八年模具设计了，试模缩水率这个事一直纠结。同一个产品，ABS料不同批次缩水率都不一样，更别说不同牌号了。</p>
<p dir="auto">我现在的做法是：拿到一个新料后，先不做模具，打一块100x100的试片，实际测一下缩水率。虽然多了一步，但后面少很多麻烦。</p>
<p dir="auto">还有就是模具设计时留余量，模仁做镶拼结构，缩水率不对直接换镶件。成本高一点但省时间。</p>
<p dir="auto">大家有没有碰到过缩水率预估翻车的情况？</p>
