EDM Texture — Spark erosion creates matte finish. Cost effective, reproducible.
Chemical Etching — Creates custom patterns (leather, wood grain). 00-2000 per cavity.
Laser Texturing — Most precise, any pattern possible. Higher cost.
Polishing — Mirror finish requires diamond paste and skilled labor.
