脱模是注塑和压铸成型中最后的关键环节,直接决定产品能否顺利取出而不变形或损坏。影响脱模的因素包括脱模角度、表面光洁度、模具温度、顶出力和顶出位置。合理的脱模角度一般为1°至3°。对于深腔或复杂结构产品,可选用推板顶出、气体辅助顶出或机械手取出。良好的脱模设计可以有效降低产品废品率和模具维修频率。
