Weekly Checks:

- Check chemical treatment (pH should be 7.0-8.5)
- Remove debris from basin and strainers
- Listen for unusual pump noise (cavitation indicator)
Monthly Checks:
- Clean spray nozzles - clogged nozzles reduce cooling by 40%
- Inspect fan belts for tension and wear
- Test water flow rate at mold supply lines
- Check basin for algae growth - treat with biocide if present
Seasonal Maintenance:
- Drain and clean entire system every 6 months
- Replace filter media annually
