Warpage in injection molded parts is caused by uneven shrinkage. Common fixes:

1. Balance mold temperature (core vs cavity differential < 10C)
2. Optimize cooling channel design
3. Use uniform wall thickness (varies < 25%)
4. Increase hold pressure and time
5. Consider filler materials (glass fiber reduces shrinkage)
